5 Cheapside

Designed by the award winning architect John McAslan & Partners 5 Cheapside is located at the western end of Cheapside adjacent to St. Paul’s Cathedral and will comprise c.8,100 sq m of offices on six floors with c.1,860 sq m of retail at ground and lower ground levels. A planning application has been submitted to the City of London.

The development incorporates a highly sustainable design to achieve an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating, and includes features such as: a fully integrated solar shading façade, ground source heat pumps and chilled beams.
