One New Change

One New Change developed by Land Securities is a genuine landmark development, liberating new public space in the form of a rooftop terrace providing breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral and the City skyline.

Designed by internationally acclaimed French Architect Jean Nouvel, the new building incorporates 52,024 sq m of retail floorspace as well as providing the last word in contemporary office space. It was completed in November 2010.
