Land Securities

Land Securities was established in 1944 by founder and Chairman Harold Samuels, post war development activity resulted in Land Securities becoming the UK's leading property company. Considered to be at the forefront of sustainable development within the UK, Land Securities holds a large stake in Cheapside as a land owner and developer with two landmark developments.

One New Change and One Wood Street are exemplars of two very different approaches to meeting Londoners' office and retail needs in the 21st century. One Wood Street was completed in 2008 and One New Change was completed in November 2010.
